Knees

Posted on October 29, 2014 by Rexicorn

I don’t know
what it is
about absence
that’s supposed
to make the
heart grow
fonder,
but
I do know
that I want to
cuddle
for hours
and gently pull
your knees
closer to me.

Thermoplastic

Posted on October 2, 2014 by Rexicorn

Let your secrets
set up in your
thermoplastic heart,
settled for the near future,
until the moment that you get hot
enough to flow
and you
remind us all
what it means
to either be in love
or have a temper.
